So you’ve submitted your report, but what happens afterwards – who actually fixes the issue?


Our service forwards your report to the correct local authority, then it's over to them to get in touch and keep you updated about its progress.  Usually this contact is made via the app or by email.


Some reports do take time to resolve.  For example things like pot holes usually need to meet a set criteria like size and location before the authorities can come out to fix them.  However, if you have an issue you feel is urgent please report it directly to your council.  Criminal matters should always be reported to the police.
