When a report is updated we now have the ability to send the user a notification email and can use the *adminreporthistory* tag to show any comments from us.
The issue is if the user hasn't added a picture (most cases) the email contains images that are basically a brick wall with the comments which are unreadable. Most users now access email via a mobile device which makes it even harder to read.
Could there be an additional tag to just allow comments to be show with the status and dates. This would also be needed for report completion.
I understand why the image is useful as it can be used to show before and after but not all LA's do this and I know the comments show along with the image but user feedback has been 'what's on the brick wall?'
