Help please! Have managed to login to this portal including retrieving email from Spam folder. Why does it work to confirm email so that I can actively use this app? Would appreciate help to sort this please.

Me too. Been trying for 3 day’s now. No spam problem and whitelisted lovecleanstreets

Same for me, on my iphone. The app says: This device has not been validated for your email - an email has been sent to you on how to do this. I didn’t receive any email, also not to my spam. Please advise.
